Payment & Revisions
  • 50% deposit required before work begins
  • Remaining balance due before launch
  • One round of revisions included before launch
  • Additional revisions charged at NLT's hourly rate or quoted separately
  • Care Plans cover minor updates and maintenance only
  • Major redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately
  • Unused support time and edit time does not roll over
Responsibilities & Ownership
  • Third-party subscriptions (Squarespace, domains, email hosting, premium plugins and payment processing fees) are the client's responsibility
  • Clients are responsible for supplying website content before the agreed build stage unless otherwise agreed
  • Website ownership transfers once the final invoice has been paid in full (excluding third-party licensed software/services)
  • Projects delayed by missing content, approvals or feedback for more than 30 days may be rescheduled within NLT's production schedule
